Camp Gan Israel

Camp Gan Israel of Los Angeles & Beverly Hills (Gan Izzy) is part of the largest and fastest growing network of Jewish day camps in the world. Gan Israel enjoys a well-earned reputation as a trendsetter with innovative ideas, creative programs and new activities. 
 
From "Mini Gan Izzy" to our Teen division, campers enjoy a wide range of exciting activities and field trips in a warm and vivacious atmosphere. Our experienced staffers work to develop skills, confidence and a sense of fair play within each child.
 
At Gan Izzy, campers step into a world packed with possibilities: for experiencing new sensations, for expressing themselves, for exploring their passions and potential.
 
Mini Gann Izzy - Boys & Girls ages 3 - 5
MGI activities include sports, nature, mud kitchen, art, pool time, yoga, food art, challah baking, creative movement, music, special events, shows, and more!
 
Boys Division - Boys ages 5 - 10 (entering 1st grade- 5th grade) 
2-3 counselors are assigned to each bunk divided by grade. Campers enjoy an action packed day, filled with camp spirit, trips, sports, games, weekly theme activities, swimming, special events, and creative arts. 
 
Girls Division - Girls ages 5 - 12 (entering 1st grade-5th grade) 
2-3 counselors are assigned to each bunk divided by grade. 
Campers enjoy action packed days, filled with camp spirit, sports, trips twice a week, theme activities, swimming, creative arts and more! Once a week, campers choose their 45 minute afternoon fun shop such as cooking, jewelry making, dance, yoga, ceramics, science and more!
 
Teen Camp - For Girls in Grade 6th-8th
Camp will provide a diverse range of opportunities so that campers can enjoy participating in traditional camp activities, enriched with new options that they have not yet experienced. With only 15 spots available, the program will focus on each individual needs, skills, giving our campers a voice, responsibility and the opportunity to grow through teen travel, service learning and leadership training! 
 
Program will feature: specialized field trips, creative arts, waterfront adventures, horse riding, DTLA tour, fitness, fridays beach & bbq, spa days, travel experiences such as friday night dinner, camping and late nights and much more!!!  
 
Our learning program will provide campers with meaningful volunteer work and a connection to local Jewish Organizations. Our leadership training program will provide a curriculum of fundamental skills for our campers to learn about themselves, make a difference to the lives of others and realize their leadership potential, (plus some CIT training in Mini Gan Izzy).
